Great video from my friends at Queen Street Yoga!
This brings back all of my great memories of that space. I had spent 15 years (!!!) in that studio- first as a young ballerina, when the walls were easter egg colours and later as an adult, teaching yoga! This place is a gem in downtown Kitchener.
